Little Lewis Bracelet - Red & Black Velvet - Pig And Hen

The bracelets are handmade in Amsterdam, using boat rope. They are designed to last a lifetime and the colour will not fade over time.

It was for protection, and out of superstition, that Dutch sailors tattooed themselves with a pig and a rooster on their foot. For sailors, the pig and the rooster are symbols of survival on the high seas. In the event of shipwreck, only the pig and the rooster survived, as they were transported in wooden crates that floated to the beaches.
