Shipping costs

We offer free shipping to Belgium for orders of 59 euros or more.
We offer free shipping to France for orders of 99 euros or more. 

Shipping your package

Packages are usually shipped within 2 days after receipt of payment. They are shipped via the carrier that you have selected with a tracking number and delivered without a signature. Regardless of the delivery method chosen, we will send you a link to track your parcel online.

Shipping fees include preparation and packaging and shipping costs. We recommend that you consolidate all your items in one order. We can combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.

The dimensions of the boxes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.

Return

If a package should not give you satisfaction, you with the possibility to return. To do this simply contact customer service at the following address: [email protected].

Ecological approach

Ecology is part of the DNA of hopono, that is why, in order to respect the environment we recycle cartons to avoid unnecessary waste. Every day we receive on the part of our suppliers of products packaged in cartons. These boxes are often still in good condition, it seemed a shame to throw them while they could still serve. That's why we decided to offer a new life to all this packaging.

Do not hesitate you to reuse packaging instead of throwing away them.

For reasons of hygiene, the return of underwear is not accepted.
