We offer a very wide selection of different brands, with a preference for brands with an eco-responsible conscience. We also favor European brands and maintain close ties with our suppliers to offer our customers quality products.

What makes Hopono a unique concept store in Brussels?

The name hopono comes from hoʻoponopono, a Hawaiian philosophy that advocates living in harmony with our surroundings. Hopono was founded on this idea. Today, Hopono is the largest concept store in Brussels, offering a wide choice of several thousand items and employing a team with members all different. It's this melting pot of culture and intelligence that makes Hopono a unique place, where creativity meets the pleasure of living.

What are Hopono's opening hours?

Our concept store is open Mondays from 11am to 7pm, and Tuesdays to Saturdays from 10:30am to 7pm.

What payment methods are available?

You can pay with Bancontact, Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express), Paypal, Ideal and Apple Pay.

Are the items available on the Hopono concept store website also available in store?

Yes, they are! Our stocks are the same, and we attach great importance to letting our customers come and discover the items they like in our store!

Where is the Hopono Concept Store located?

The Hopono Concept Store is located not far from Place du Châtelain: rue Simonis 55, 1050 Brussels, Belgium. Our store is accessible by streetcar 81, getting off at Trinité or Bailli; or by bus 54, getting off at the same stops.

How long do I have to exchange an item at the Hopono concept store?

All items purchased on our website or in store can be exchanged within 1 month. However, we make an exception for underpants, which we do not exchange for reasons of hygiene.

Is it possible to get a refund directly at the Hopono concept store?

Yes! Any item (except underpants) purchased on our website or in-store can be exchanged for a refund.

If I buy an item online, can I exchange it at the Hopono concept store in Brussels?

Yes, if you're not satisfied with a package, you can have it refunded directly in store, even if you bought it on our website!
