The spring-summer collection from Belgian brand Mya-Bay is characterised this year by the return of trendy colours and an accumulation of necklaces of several different lengths.

Mya-Bay jewellery is top-of-the-range, brass-based and plated, and is made in France.

The Talisman collection is full of life and colour. Bracelets and necklaces are gilded with recycled fine gold. These enamelled jewels are sublime!

As for Pig and Hen, the bracelets are handmade in Amsterdam, using ship's rope for the Little Lewis model, for example. They are designed to last a lifetime and the colour will not fade over time. To protect themselves, and out of superstition, Dutch sailors tattooed a pig and a rooster on their feet. For sailors, the pig and the rooster are symbols of survival on the high seas. In the event of shipwreck, only the pig and the rooster survived, as they were transported in wooden crates that floated to the beaches.
