Double Little Lewis Bracelet

The bracelets are handmade in Amsterdam from boat rope. They are designed to survive a lifetime and the colour does not fade over time.

For protection, and out of superstition, Dutch sailors tattooed a pig and a rooster on their foot. The pig and the rooster are symbols of survival on the high seas. In case of shipwreck, only the pig and the rooster survived because they were carried in wooden boxes that floated and were deposited on the beaches.
