How to drink the infusion:

- HOT: Infuse 1 tablespoon of loose leaf herbal tea (2 g) in 250 ml of hot water for 5 to 10 minutes.
- COLD: Let the infused herbal tea cool in the refrigerator. Add a dose of GILI ginger elixir to make it spicier.
