Does nickel-free stainless steel stick?

✔ No. With the drop test , you can easily tell when your pan is at the right temperature: just place a drop of cold water in the hot pan.

• If the drop splits and evaporates instantly, the pan is too hot.

• If it remains still, the pan is still too cold.

• If it forms a ball that slides on the surface like a pearl of mercury, the temperature is ideal: your food will not stick.

Can I use this pan on induction?

✔ Yes, it is compatible with all types of hobs , including induction.

Is the handle included?

❌ No, it is sold separately. This removable system makes the handle usable across the entire Cookut range, for greater flexibility and practicality.

Is it dishwasher safe?
