Terre d'Oc mate teas are the result of a rigorous and fair selection process. Rich in character, they reveal their natural aromas according to ancestral tasting traditions, to be enjoyed hot or iced.

Preparation tips

  • Hot :

    1. Fill 2/3 of the gourd with mate

    2. Shake, tilt, insert the bombilla

    3. Add a little warm water, wait 2 to 3 minutes

    4. Top up with water at 80°C

    5. Infuse for 2 to 3 minutes, then enjoy

  • Cold :

    • Add very cold water + ice cubes

    • Let it infuse and enjoy with the bombilla

  • Multiple infusions : up to 10 to 12 times a day

  • Dosage : 1 cc for 250 ml

  • Ideal time : morning
