To obtain a warm effect, put it in the microwave on the rotating plate at 500-600 W for a maximum of ten seconds. Let the mask cool before placing it on your eyes if it is too hot.
To obtain a cold effect, put the mask in the freezer for 1 or 2 hours. Make sure that the gel beads inside are soft and not frozen.
Place it on your eyes on the gel side for a more intense effect; for a lighter effect, place it on the softer side.
